But Christians? Not Christians that believe in the Word of God.
As I was coming home last night I ran across a talk show where the host was speaking to two "Professors." The topic? How the Capitol fiasco was...
...racist.
Can anyone say AGENDA? I wonder if these two professors voted for Biden, a man responsible for putting more black people in prison for longer sentences for lesser crimes than any other single person in history.
I wonder how it is that spokespeople can make comments such as "I will go over there and take him (the President) out tonight" and not a word is said, but Trump urges people to "peacefully and patriotically march on the Capitol" and all we hear is "Impeach Trump for insurrection."
The story is coming out (which you will hear if you listen to sources other than Hollywood Media) that they knew in advance that there would be trouble. Reinforcements were requested by law enforcement officials and...ignored. Why? Because they wanted this to happen. The Democratic Mafia (I view them as a criminal organization at this point) simply cannot afford to allow Trump to run again in 2024.
Folks, Freedom is in serious danger. While I personally feel the Democratic Mafia is stupid enough to push things too far, and that eventually, their corruption is going to be exposed, precedents are being set that endanger this Country in numerous ways. Take the riots that have been going on in the last year, what have they said about those? They have encouraged them, just as Obama encouraged international terrorism. Democratic officials have released those arrested for their crimes, forcing Trump (from what I understand from a conversation with a Corrections Officer deployed to Washington State) to deputize the State Police to remove their (local Democratic Officials) authority to release these criminals.
How about an uprising from the numerous militia in this country? Is that a concern? It is for me. Because if that sort of thing begins innocent people are going to get hurt, possibly killed. We'll have one fanatical group of morons stirring up another (and I think the morons can guess who they are).
It amazes me that suppression of Free Speech can take place and we don't see an outcry from all groups. Facebook, Twitter (and I urge Christians to remove themselves from these groups in protest of their suppression as well as their complicity in what is really no less than high treason), to name a few that are guilty, not to mention mainstream media.
Did you ever stop to think that this is how the Holocaust came about? Citizens not paying attention. Then suddenly there's a monster in power and no-one knows what to do about it.
And don't think I'm advocating for the Republican Party. Another group hosting those who are power-hungry and have their own self-interests in view. THat's what made Trump a good President...he was a businessman. That's why this country didn't go in the tank...
...despite Covid. The country was shut down for nearly three months and we are still strong.
Well, those who voted for Biden will get their chance to see how the Democratic Mafia do under these conditions.
The good news is this: The Gospel. Despite temporal conditions, we, Christians, serve a Higher Power, The Highest. We don't always understand why He allows certain people to come into power but there is always a reason and works towards His sovereign will.
There is only one remedy for this Country's problem:
2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
As I said, Freedom is in serious danger, and it is beginning with the suppression of free speech. What does this mean to us as Christians? It means that your right to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ may come to an end. Right now we are seeing the beginnings of the removal of rights that have helped the U.S.A. to be a beacon of light for the world, and it is time for Christians to stand up to the criminal organizations that call themselves political parties.
